We will set Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based (SMART) short-term and long-term goals to provide precision, focus, and drive you need to accomplish your health and wellness goals!
There is only one you! You have different abilities, needs, motivations, and goals from those around you. So why participate in a program designed for everyone?!
Holly is a Texas transplant from the Southwest.
Growing up, she wanted to become a veterinarian and attended Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!). While in college, Holly found an outlet for stress at the college gym, Colvin Recreation Center. After graduation, she returned home to find her true love in central Texas and discovered her passion for health and fitness growing.
Soon after, Holly joined the U.S. Army and served her community and country in the largest capacity available. Unfortunately, her military career was cut short due to a training exercise injury. Her desire to remain in the health and wellness world became her primary goal, and she changed her career from veterinary medicine to health and wellness.
She quickly earned her NASM/AFAA certificates as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach to launch her small business in central Texas.
Holly is enrolled in her Masters in Integrative Health program at the American College of Healthcare Sciences and has Corrective Exercise Specialist certification with NASM/AFAA. She is completing a cohort program to obtain 500 contact hours for the Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (B.C.H.N.) examination. She also returned to college for a second bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition to facilitate education about healthier lifestyles in society.
In her free time, she enjoys playing board games, singing and dancing with her toddler, hiking, and making new friends.
Together, you and I will discuss your diet and eating habits. I will calculate your nutrient needs, based on your current measurements, and create a transitional plan. This transition will include increasing your water intake and finding more nutrient dense food swaps.
Come meet up with members of our community! We work together to accomplish your health and wellness goals while celebrating everyone’s success along the journey!
I will create a fun and motivational online workout for small groups. This will allow everyone to connect and make new friends while helping achieve individual health and wellness goals with support.
I will design a custom program using equipment you already have at home. Don’t have any equipment? No problem! We can do wonders with a variety of everyday household items and the structure of your home!
